Art Together is a free community drop-in artmaking program at the County Arts Lab in Prince Edward County

Welcome to the registration page for the Art Together session on:

Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 ~ 5:30- 8 p.m.

Location - The County Arts Lab, Unit 2E, Picton Armoury Building

Please Note: As of February 5th, Lab activities will take place in unit 2E of the Picton Armoury (Main Street level). The most convenient access is through the Main Street entrance, but you can also enter through the back/Mary St. entrance and use the interior stairs to reach the main floor (please note there is no elevator in the Armoury). There is one accessible parking spot at the corner of Main and Ross streets across from The Regent Theatre.

Come create with us at the County Arts Lab! Art Together is a free weekly artmaking program, open to all community members aged 16+ - no artistic experience or expertise required!

Please reserve your spot on this registration page. Space is limited, so we can't guarantee entry for walk-ins. We encourage you to come as early and for as much of the 2.5-hour session as possible, but we understand and will accommodate those who can only attend for a portion of the time.

Our team of Artist Facilitators will be on hand to welcome you and help you connect with your creative side - join in on the day's workshop, do your own thing with our abundance of art materials, or bring your own project! Our Facilitators are both lovely people AND talented artists, ready to help guide you in a variety of visual arts activities - from drawing and painting to collage, zine-making, visible mending, and much more!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: County Arts makes every effort to ensure that all community members, including those who (or have family members who) are more medically vulnerable feel that they can safely teach and learn at the County Arts Lab. We also want to ensure that those who are unable to wear masks have access to our programming.

We recently moved to masking on a class by class basis. Please select the option below that best describes your comfort level with regard to masking. (Please note, If a participant chooses Option 3, the Art Together team will do their best to ensure that all participants who are able to do so wear a mask during the session.) 1. I am most comfortable wearing a mask, but I'm ok if others don't wear one.
2. I am most comfortable not wearing a mask, but if someone in class selects option 3, I will wear one if I'm able to do so.
3. I am most comfortable wearing a mask and don't feel comfortable attending unless everyone else who is able to do so also wears a mask.
